Non-ALTA 2006 • 307 FUTURE ADVANCES REVOLVING CREDIT (l14R) This endorsement insures the lender against the invalidity of the lien of the mortgage as security for each advance under a revolving credit mortgage that allows for future advances. It affords the lender the same insurance as the Future Advance Non-Obligatory endorsement but it does not insure advances made more than 20 years from the date of the mortgage.
