ALTA 2006 • 183 COMMERCIAL PARTICIPATION INTEREST ADOPTED – FORM 30.1-06 This endorsement is designed for use with an ALTA Loan Policy issued in connection with a commercial transaction and includes, in addition to the increase in the value of the equity of the borrower in the property (appreciation), a share of the cash flow from the property and any increase in the equity of the borrower in the property. It provides coverage in the event of an attack on the validity, priority or enforceability of the Insured Mortgage based upon the provision regarding shared appreciation and participation.
