PRESENTER B IOGRAPHI ES Christine Renner VP, Senior Construction Escrow Officer Chicago Title Insurance Company, NCS Chicago Christine Renner serves as the Vice President, Senior Construction Escrow Officer for Chicago Title’s growing national Construction Escrow department. Christine is a 24-year title insurance veteran who joined the Chicago NCS through Fidelity National Financial’s (FNF) acquisition of Lawyers Title (FNF is the parent company of Chicago Title). Christine manages large construction escrow projects for a wide variety of clients – from development companies to commercial lenders for the development of governmental, institutional, and retail use properties. Christine brings a wealth of prior title experience to her role, working on complex, multi- site deals in her former capacities as a National Underwriter, Escrow Officer and an Office Manager for Lawyers Title. She is the “go to” person on challenging construction escrow projects such as multi-site development and complicated, high liability national projects. Every construction escrow is unique with new requirements and customer-centric focus. Christine Renner earned her Undergraduate Degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. Danielle Spencer AVP, Commercial Counsel Chicago Title Insurance Company, NCS Chicago Danielle Spencer serves as Assistant Vice President and Commercial Counsel for Chicago Title’s Chicago National Commercial Services (NCS) operation, where she underwrites multi-million dollar single and multi-site national commercial transactions. She joined the company in 2012 as Claims Counsel where she gained valuable experience in resolution and prevention of complex, high-exposure claims. Her background gives her a unique perspective and understanding of the best ways to meet customer needs and provide creative underwriting solutions. Danielle is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association and served as the Vice President of Fidelity Development Counsel. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska in 2012 and her undergraduate degree in Business and Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh in 2008.
