PRESENTER B IOGRAPHI ES Raquel Gonzalez Escrow Officer Chicago Title Insurance Company, NCS Chicago Raquel Gonzalez serves as Escrow Officer for Chicago Title’s National Commercial Services (NCS) operation located in Chicago, Illinois. Since joining the Company in 2016, Raquel has handled numerous local and national commercial transactions, including many multi-site and complex deals. Julie Hirschfeld VP, National Commercial Counsel Chicago Title Insurance Company, NCS Chicago Julie Hirschfeld serves as Vice President & National Commercial Counsel for Chicago Title’s Chicago National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Julie joined Chicago Title in 2005 as an underwriter in the National Title Operations department. She has been on numerous teams over the years and has enjoyed learning from and experiencing the variety of working styles of her colleagues. Julie enjoys the challenge of working on deals involving construction and is often the go-to for the construction disbursing department when they need underwriting assistance. The Company awarded her the 2008 Chicago Title Circle of Excellence. In 2017 she began leading a team that services some of Chicago Title’s busiest customers and acts as the lead underwriter for numerous multisite transactions. Julie is originally from Michigan where she received a B.A. from the University of Michigan in 2001. She was on the dance team in college and still tries to take classes, when she can. Julie moved to Chicago to attend Loyola University Chicago School of Law and received her J.D. in 2004. She enjoys running, listening to music, reading and playing with her kids - two boys born in 2010 and 2012 and a daughter born in 2018.
